01 · The challenge
Evolo NEX, a pioneering condominium development, had a compelling vision for luxury and sustainable living, backed by a meticulously crafted design from their own team. Translating that high-end design into a fully functional website that works on every device was the first challenge.
The second was a specific feature: an interactive apartment selector that lets potential residents filter and search apartments by various criteria — without a page refresh. On top of that, the design relied on subtle scroll animations (fade-ins, growing lines) that had to be implemented without compromising performance.
02 · The solution
WordPress with custom Gutenberg blocks. We built the site on WordPress and created custom blocks for every unique part of the design — amenities, sustainability features, unit presentations — so the content stays easy to maintain and can evolve with the project.
Interactive apartment selector. The data lives in WordPress; on the front end we used Alpine.js to filter and search apartments instantly, without reloading the page — intuitive for visitors and light on the server.
Scroll animations with GSAP. To capture the nuances of the original design we implemented the scroll-triggered animations with the GreenSock Animation Platform, with custom logic to trigger each fade-in and growing line exactly where the design intended.
03 · The result
A visually striking, user-friendly and SEO-optimised website that faithfully reproduces the design and showcases Evolo NEX’s blend of luxury, functionality and sustainability — with an apartment search that feels like an app.
